Furthermore, the sector “memorial” is a collection of memorial tablets open for your comments.
2. General instructions and agreements

5. Purchase of pictures
If you want to purchase a picture you suggest a price for the picture which is above a limit not visible to you. You purchase the picture with your chosen kind of licence immediately if your proposal is above the limit. After we have received your payment, you will get a download-link. The file you will get will not have a water-mark. (= signature at the left rim of the picture).
6. Memorial
The sector „memorial“ collects pictures of memorial tablets and gives room to your comments. Bergbild.net has the right to delete objectionable or inadequate comments without giving any further notice. Bergbild.net will remove a single picture immediately if users demand this by contacting info@bergbild.net.
7. Restriction and exclusion of liability
Bergbild.net ist not liable for any kind of direct, indirect, accidental or secondary damage resulting from the use of this website, even if these parties have been warned of such damage or the possibility of their development. Apart from the licence agreement and the regulations fixed here bergbild.net is not liable for any kind of guarantee, especially not for the marketability or the suitability for a certain purpose.
